Proposal Submission Information
How to route your proposal for TCU approval
The Sponsored Programs Proposal Routing Form ensures that applications, contracts or proposals for external support have received adequate internal review and consideration. The review process includes the Principal Investigator, Department Chair, the respective Dean or designee, Research Accounting and the Associate Provost for Research and Graduate Studies.
The signature of each stakeholder located on the Proposal Routing Form indicates their responsibility and assurance of compliance considerations. All applications, contracts or proposals for external funds to support sponsored projects awarded to TCU, must be routed for institutional review and approval. The Proposal Routing Form, with attachments, should be completed and received in Sponsored Programs with time allowed for adequate review and submission prior to the sponsor deadline.
Sponsored Programs utilizes FrogFlow to capture the proposal data and route the proposal form for institutional approvals.
Prior to initiating a proposal routing form in FrogFlow, you will need to access FrogFlow and establish the Office of Research tile on your my.tcu.edu. Instructions for accessing FrogFlow, creating the tile, initiating a proposal form, video of a demonstration of the system and other helpful guides can be found in our “How To” folder on box:
